I'm New...
What Should I wear?
We're more concerned with meeting your real life needs than with what you wear.
So, dress casually and you'll fit right in. People wear anything from shorts and sandals to dresses and ties.
When and Where do you hold Worship Services?
Sunday Morning Service: 11:15 am (every Sunday). Style is informal with ancient to contemporary elements weaved together by soulful music, and is family oriented, including Children’s Church for 6th grade and under.
All services held at 111 O’Fallon Troy Rd, (St. Michael’s Episcopal Church) O’Fallon, IL. Click here for Driving directions and worship times.
What Should I Expect in Worship? Just come as you are. Worshiping with New Creation is a non-threatening experience. Our worship is experiential, and is about content, not form. Our worship values creativity, and is more than words. We encourage worship that is highly participatory by everyone gathered. It is a community gathered around Christ and in worship together.
You'll enjoy upbeat music and practical messages that help you deal with real life issues. What you learn on the weekend, you'll be able to use during the week. Whether you join us in worship on Sunday or in one of our several activities, we want to help you connect with the personal hope and practical help that God can give us.
There is no offering taken up during worship. We have a free will offering basket on the information table as you enter and it is intended for those who are part of the New Creation community. Instead of wanting you to give something, we want you to experience something - a relationship centered in God and what it mean to be part of an intentional and sincere community of Christ!
What Do you offer for my Family?
Children are also welcome and encouraged to participate in the service. We know that as a parent you need to be sure that your children are in a SAFE learning environment. And we know that your children are looking for a FUN place to learn. We promise that both of these goals are reached. In addition we have resources for parenting and encouraging daily worship as a family at home.
On Sundays, during the worship service, we offer Children's Church.
Children stay in church for the praise songs and beginning worship. Participating children 6th grade and under then have the option to go to the classroom on non-Communion Sundays. Any parents that have infants are welcome to utilize the cry-room at St. Michael’s. We currently use Sunday School lessons designed to complement the Message presented in Church which most often follows the Lectionary Readings for the day.
We have numerous ministries designed to engage various ages and interests. We hope that you will check out our ministry offerings. There is a place for YOU.
