Hi Again!

 

We certainly have a lot going on. Since Doris and I missed Church last week,
I'm sure there's more too.  So, call someone if you have any questions about
events, meetings, or just to say hi!

 

*      O'Fallon Parade Volunteers needed.  We are going to pass out flyers
and candy bags advertising our Cookies with Santa at the parade, Saturday,
December 3rd.  If you can help, meet at 5:30pm at the corner of First St.
and Vine St.  Call Gerry Franklin for any questions.

 

*      December 4th Sunday Service. We will be at the Log Cabin, across from
Katy Cavins, in the park.  Also, remember no first of the month potluck.

 

*      Cookies with Santa.  December 11th, 1:00-3:00pm.  Please contact
Gerry Franklin if you have any questions and to volunteer time or talents.

 

*      Nursery Helper.  We are excited to have a young lady assisting in the
nursery on Sunday mornings.  Please stop by and say hello.

 

*      Compassion Gift Offering.  We are collecting money to use for gifts
during the Christmas Season for our Compassion Children.  If you have a
Compassion child or would just like to donate, please place it in the
offering with the designation for Compassion Gift or contact Jan Hoyt or
John Will.

 

I would like to close this news report with praise for the good news we just
received about Pat Ashby's test results.  The test results came back benign
and that indeed is an answered prayer!
