SUMMER SYNOD MEETING – AUGUST 10, 2007



The Summer Synod Meeting will be held at Grace Covenant Presbyterian
Church on Friday, August 10, 2007.  Robert Wilson, General Assembly
Vice-Moderator will be the keynoter.  If you or members of your congregation

Dr. Jack Rogers, 2004 Moderator for the General Assembly of the
Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), will be speaking in locations throughout the
Synod of Mid-America this fall.  Mark your calendar for what is sure to be a
stimulating and thought-provoking talk on Dr. Rogers’ new book, Jesus, the Bible and Homosexuality:  Explode the
Myths, Heal the Church.   Dr. Rogers is Professor of Theology
Emeritus at San Francisco Theological Seminary.  He is the author of many other

times and to reserve a spot (for luncheon).
